Roscoe is a lot of dog in a little package. He is an energetic boy and would thrive in an active home that would include him in their activities. He is very affectionate and loves attention. He would do best with female dogs rather than another male as he can be quite pushy like many smaller breeds. No cats as he does harass them. He is crate trained but will probably need some refresher work on his house training in a new situation.
